Bam! Restaurant in Singapore

Bam! Is a Japanese restaurant and sake bar. The decision is modern and they have a good bar. E tried the same tasting menu so each dish is paid with a different sake. The food is good and it is a Japanese tapas fusion. I would definitely go back.

Probably one of the best restaurants I've been to so far this year. The interior of this restaurant is great - there are private dining spaces, a more open concert form of dining where you can watch the team at work. Every dish is also specially crafted and you can tell a lot of effort goes into this. Will also recommend opting for a sake pairing with your meals, it's a great experience!

The Tapas a la carte is excellent! Loved the octopus!

Food was good. But the sake pairing was a big let down. We went for the omakase & sake pairing menu. No major wow factor overall. But still a restaurant with good quality food.

Extremely precise and technical Japanese Spanish fusion food. Don't let the name and vibe fool you, the food here is definitely more upscale than you might imagine. The bamboo clams with pork noodles is a must order!

Cosy Japanese sake bar n restaurant serving modern omakase menu. Dishes r well presented n creative, food r fresh n tasty. N u can paired the omakase menu with good sakes at reasonable prices. Staff r frdly n attentive.

Quiet place, good for conversation. Waiters are attentive, food was great and value for money! Tried during the Michelin gastromonth.

great food, brilliant sake pairing

I’ve been to Bam! 3/4 times before but the food last night was unbelievably good. Every dish was fantastic. Perfectly presented and delicious with amazing flavours. I can’t recommend this place enough. Go and sit at the counter so you can chat to the chefs and watch them preparing every course. A great experience.

Great place, food is very good and tasty, sometimes surprising.The classic Jamon iberico is a must.Service is good too, very friendly and fast.A good place for a special dinner 👍

Good food, good atmosphere. Very buzzy and metro place to hang out for food and drinks. Must try the suckling pig.

Such a pleasurable experience on my pallatte, we ordered the oysters, monkfish liver tofu, short ribs, octopus and cold capellini and we cant pin point which ones we like more than the other. Each dish gets 5 stars in my book

Amazing. The commitment to high quality food is clear. The service is incredible. And great to watch the preparation. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.

Chose this restaurant for their food and sake pairing menu. Never had this kind of experience before and I would have to say I loved everything about it. Food was absolutely amazing and sakes paired with each course went together very well. Loved the oysters! Service was also really good. Very informative and friendly. Restaurant was cosy and nice. If you like fusion food and sake or just trying new things and tastes, then it is definitely a place to visit! Highly recommended!

Our expectations we’re high.... and they were pleasantly exceeded. The paired sake was really amazing and just made the meal exceptional, more so as we are not big drinkers to begin with. We did the lunch set menu, setting my wife up nicely for an afternoon nap 😊.

Fusion food menu, food are good. The oysters were excellent. A good fine dinning experience. Good service, nice decor but a bit pricey. However, it is a good place for a fine dining with a few good friends.

cherry gazpacho was great! octopus / broccoli&cauliflower puree was good though the octopus texture was a little off. baby fish tempura was ok. maybe better to share, I was sick of it after a few bites. sake negroni was also ok

Amazing food and very personable owner

Incredible dining experience which truly deserves its Michelin star rating. While the food was so inventive and delicious, there were a few service issues. As a result, the issues were recognized (without me bringing it to anyone's attention) and they kindly offered a complimentary glass of sparkling sake and while it was much appreciated, it doesn't negate the fact that at this level of fine dining, mistakes just shouldn't happen. That said, I'd run back to this place again if given the opportunity.

This is a very nice place , go for a date and you will impress your date!! Food is very good to the last details, well presented, lovely staff the chefs superb, sake selection outstanding... just go! Forget the bill is worth it!

Excellent food - creative delicious and beautifully presented

Unknow it was in MICHELIN Guide 2018, My girlfriend and I went there to try out Omakase Menu. It is quite interesting that our meal will be in chief's hand. We ordered a 4-courses Omakase Menu. Below are 9 dishes we had for it. We enjoyed very much. It is worth the time at Bam! Tapas Sake Bar. Will try again next time for other Omakase Menu.

Honestly the bar of fine dining shall be raised higher. Uniquely dressed up and slightly better than home cooking at most.

Came here for the omakase! They change their menu regularly so that you would get bored of their food! Would recommend the sake pairing.

Chef from Barcelona, Japanese training.... Lines blurred, had 9 course omakase... Not to feed the hungry, but indulge in creative, new combinations. Indulge in wine and you can feed a local family for a month

Amazing food experience and great choice of Sake. They have the famous “Super 7”, if you can afford it ; )
